Alan, the "listing" side of the team, has been a realtor for more than 8 years. He has certifications as an ABR, ePro, Green, and SFR. He has been awarded the coveted New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle Of Excellence Sales Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, moving up in rank from 2012 to 2013 in addition to being awarded the 2015 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties Chairman's Award. He also received the "Topped the Charts" award for Volume of Sales/Units by the KW New York Tri-State Regional Sales Office in December, 2013. With more than 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, Alan is an expert negotiator. An ex-New Yorker, he and Nancy have been Montclair residents for 17 years. When he’s not connecting clients with perfect homes, this tennis enthusiast can swing a mean racket!
Nancy Oppenheimer-Ellenbogen, the “buying” side of the team, has been a realtor for more than 4 years. She has ABR and SFR designations and is a member of the Association of Staging Professionals. Nancy can attribute her keen understanding of the market to 25 years of experience in outside sales, during which she demonstrated her talent and passion for advertising. She served as the Senior Regional Manager of Jeweler’s Circular Keystone and achieved an impressive advertising budget of 120%. As the Northeast Regional Manager of Woman’s Wear Daily, she was responsible for the highest single year revenue increase in all advertising categories. Formerly from Pennsylvania, Nancy is an avid equestrian and owns her own horse.
